Use last year's final sanctioned league average.

If current average is 10+ pins higher than last year's, use current average of 21 games or more.

If no current average, use highest final average of 2007-08 season.

All others will bowl scratch.

Handicap is based on 80% of 210, no limit, both men and women.

Bowl 4 games series, move after 2 games.

False averages will cost entry and prize fund.
